Maintain IT systems and Network infrastructure (Remotely & on Site). Daily tasks include virtual server maintenance (Windows Servers; Exchange, File Servers, etc)/Domain maintenance, taking care of small to medium business service requests and handling the installment of various network hardware. Part of the position requirements are also travel, from 30km – 1000km at various times.
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to; meeting weekly quotas, store front maintenance, watch repairs and using/managing POS systems.
Tasks included, but not limited to; Taking all incoming calls regarding customer support, Remote support and guiding customers over the phone on how to set up their router/VoIP systems/satellite services/fiber services/etc.
Hardware, tech support, advanced networking, programming and web design.
Digital Media Creation, advanced word/excel processing and computer troubleshooting.
